Man I never saw so many forced smiles, I got a cricked neck from looking down and trying to pick those guys up, trying to make them smile, like they normally are.
I walked around chatting with the little guys, they're so awesome. I asked them what's wrong with Christmas this year. Danny the assistant chief elf son of the late chief elf Elma Wood Cutter Elfson told me everything! Apparently all the elf gloves are too thin this year and they can't work with cold hands. They're making toys with lumps and bumps and nobles . They're not happy.
To cut a long story short, I went to the elf library to try to find a solution, I was there for 2 days without talking to a soul. I found a book called 'Cloud Matter and the Cold'. Basically, you can cut clouds with a sharp knife and with the swift sharp hands of a skilled elf you can have all manner of super insulated clothing.
Why didn't they think to just look, you know what I mean. All the answers are there.
Love those little guys!
I did talk with a very busy Santa, and he was very positive as normal, he is going to be testing a grade 10372 model of slay this year in order to keep up with all the new kids. He said he will try to visit everyone, but sometimes people try to shoot him out of the sky, it's scary, but he will do his best, if he can get the smallest toy to the kid in the most dangerous place, then he will sleep better on Christmas night. What an awesome guy.
I just got back tonight full of Elf wine, I'm off to bed soon, I'm looking forward to it since I have blankets made of cloud
